Last Thursday, the California Farm Bureau submitted Opening Comments in support of Draft Resolution E-4610. Récolte Energy and a few other organizations signed on the Farm Bureau’s letter. PG&E submitted their Opening Comments in opposition. I just filed Reply Comments, which were due by 5 p.m. today, to refute PG&E’s arguments. The California Farm Bureau and the Interstate Renewable Energy Council also filed comments supporting the Draft Resolution.

Please read the comments for the Draft Resolution, and send an email to the following recipients (EDtariffunit@cpuc.ca.gov, gp1@cpuc.ca.gov, mp1@cpuc.ca.gov, mike.florio@cpuc.ca.gov, cjs@cpuc.ca.gov, fer@cpuc.ca.gov, cap@cpuc.ca.gov, efr@cpuc.ca.gov, kvc@cpuc.ca.gov, frank.lindh@cpuc.ca.gov) asking them to approve Draft Resolution E-4610 as written, for the reasons stated in California Farm Bureau, Interstate Renewable Energy Council, and Récolte Energy’s Reply Comments.
