SB 594 – Urge Gov. Brown to sign bill

SB 594 was sent to Governor Brown for his signature on September 11, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Many organizations have sent the Governor their letters of support. Here is my letter of support.

I was told today that there are additional opposition letters from the California Municipal Utilities Association and the Modesto Irrigation District, so we need to get in more letters of support.
